New style replacement body panel fasteners

These are replacement body panel fasteners for Boss Hoss motorcycles. This design is far superior over the stock ones. The stock ones can be very hard to get the fastening bolt to thread into properly and sometimes strip due to cross-threading. The reason for this is you are trying to thread the bolt into threads that are an inch or so back from the hole. These will only take about 30 minutes to install. Installation involves slightly drilling the stock aircraft style fastener with an oversized bit so that the thin compression head is gone and then pulling the stock one out. Insert the new body fastener into the hole and tighten the nylock nut onto it securely...THAT''S IT!!  Now when you go to fasten the body panels onto the bike you can see the thread of the fastener right at the hole of the body panel and cross threading is eliminated. The bolts also thread in much easier than into the stock aircraft style

 LS2 and SS models need a set of only 6 ( 3 per each side panel) at $84 for the set plus $10 shipping and handling. Other models with standard seat panel need a set of 10 ( 3 per each side panel and 4 for the seat pan) and at $140 for the set plus $10 shipping and handling.
