For the safety of our customers and staff we have updated our precautionary measures to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19.  Since early March we have asked that if you are feeling unwell or have cough, cold, fever, or any flu like symptoms that you please do not visit our shop.  We have also been following the two meter social distancing guidelines and refrain from any contact including hand shakes, fist bumps, etc.  These guidelines are still in place and we ask you please adhere upon visiting our shop. 


We continue to be as diligent as possible to sanitize and disinfect all surfaces regularly including door handles, payment terminals, counters, etc.  We have hand sanitizer available and require everyone to use it upon entry.  Our public washrooms will be closed and we will have other sanitary restrictions regarding trying on helmets, apparel, etc.  We are limiting customers to a maximum of four at a time in the parts and sales side and one in the front end of our service department.  If you arrive during regular business hours and the door is locked, we are at capacity.  Please wait outside until we have let other customers leave.  


Our shop has always been about coming by, grab a coffee, look around, hang out, and visit with our staff.  At this point in time we are trying to keep our floor traffic to a minimum so we would like to remind customers to please refrain from social visits or coming by to just kill time.  This is being done to minimize the amount of people through the door and to help stop the spread of COVID-19.  You can contact us via phone, email, or message us through social media.     

Curbside pick up for parts and accessory orders is available and encouraged for customers to use.  We can take credit card or e-transfer payment (e-transfers may take up to 24hrs to process) ahead of time and have your order held and ready for you to pick up at your convenience.  We are also offering no contact, customer drop off and pick up for your bikes service appointment.  Pick up and delivery of your bike is also available if needed.  For the time being we will not be offering drop in service appointments.  Everything is by appointment only until further notice. 

We apologize for the delay and interruption or any parts orders related to service or customer special orders.  Between our suppliers and shipping delays, we cannot guarantee any shipment ETA's and are dealing with delays from almost everyone we purchase from.  Our service department is much busier than expected this season which has lead to longer lead times for appointments and delays with parts availability on repairs.  We are doing our best to look after everyone we can in a timely manner.  2020 has been an interesting year so far...
